Evergreen LTD Consultation Policy At Evergreen LTD, our goal is to make every consultation genuinely helpful, informative, and rooted in expert care. Here is how our consultation process works: Consultation Fee A $60 consultation fee applies to all service assessments. This covers the time, expertise, and care our team brings to understanding your property’s unique needs. Credit Toward Service If you choose to move forward with the recommended service, your consultation fee becomes a $120 credit on your final invoice. It is our way of rewarding customers who take action on their tree and plant care. What Is Included Every consultation includes: Expert recommendations A tailored service plan Zero sales pressure, just honest guidance you can trust Refunds and Eligibility Consultation fees are non-refundable, but they are fully applicable toward eligible services if you decide to proceed. Each customer may use one consultation credit per year.
